Roadmap / Speaker Pages
Founding release Founding places open

Every speaker, one record — bio, headshot, sessions, files.

Stop chasing bios across three inboxes. Each speaker exists once, attached to their sessions, their prep, their script and their files.

Speaker admin is death by small files: the headshot in one email, the bio in another, the talk title changed in a thread nobody saved. In EventBlok each speaker is one record used everywhere — the agenda, the showflow, the prompter and the audience pages.

Their files live with them too — deck, walkout video, headshot — filterable by speaker or session, so "where is Maya's deck" stops being a question anyone has to ask out loud.

AI builds the pages: provide bios and you get full, polished speaker pages; provide nothing yet and it scaffolds clean placeholder pages you fill as the real material arrives. The line-up looks complete while you are still chasing.

How it works

A line-up that assembles itself.

  1. 01

    Speakers arrive with the import

Detected in the spreadsheet or added by hand — either way, one record each.

  2. 02

    Pages build themselves

Full pages from real bios, presentable placeholders where material is still coming.

  3. 03

    Files attach to the person

Deck, video, headshot, rider — filterable by speaker and by session.

  4. 04

    Everything stays connected

The same record feeds the agenda, showflow, prompter and audience pages.

What it does

One record. Everywhere it is needed.

The end of the bio-chasing spreadsheet and the seventeen-attachment thread.

Bios, headshots, roles

Job titles, organisations, moderator and presenter roles — one canonical record.

AI-built pages

Full pages when bios are provided; clean scaffolded placeholders when they are not yet.

Files by speaker

Every deck, video and image attached to the person and filterable by session.

Sessions attached

Who is on when, where, in what role — read from the agenda, not retyped.

Linked scripts

The prompter script lives with the speaker. Show day starts with everything in reach.

Status at a glance

What is received, what is missing, who to chase — visible without a status meeting.

Founding 5 · early adopters

Built by a producer, for the five teams who get it first.

I've produced live streams and global conferences for twenty years — RCA, JATO, Symantec, Digital Science, GE Healthcare, HPE — since the days streams ran on Flash servers. EventBlok is everything those years taught me, built into one tool. Five founding teams run their real events on it, tell me where it hurts, and lock lifetime 50% off. Direct line to me, no sales layer.
