MVP 1 / Speaker Pages
In build Opening summer / autumn 2026

Every speaker gets a page — built for you, filled with placeholders to replace.

When you import, EventBlok spots every speaker and creates their page automatically, pre-filled with a placeholder bio and image. Approve the AI draft, drop in the real headshot, done — no copy-chasing.

Speaker admin is death by a thousand cuts: chasing bios, formatting them five different ways, hunting for headshots. EventBlok builds the page for every speaker the moment you import — so you start with something, never nothing.

As part of the import, the AI detects each speaker named in your file and creates a page for them. Each page arrives pre-filled: a placeholder image and a clean, house-style draft bio so the line-up is never a wall of blanks.

You then replace placeholders at your pace — swap in the real headshot, approve or tweak the bio. Set the house style once (length, person, tone) and every draft matches it, so the keynote and the last lightning talk read like one event.

How it works

From blank page to a show-ready plan.

  1. 01

    Import your schedule

The AI reads the speaker names out of your spreadsheet — any column layout.

  2. 02

    Pages auto-created

Every speaker gets a page, pre-filled with a placeholder image and a draft house-style bio.

  3. 03

    Replace the placeholders

Drop in the real headshot and approve or edit the bio. Nothing starts empty.

  4. 04

    Flows everywhere

Speaker pages link to their sessions and feed Speaker Prep and the showflow.

What it does

A complete, consistent line-up — without the email thread.

The tedious speaker admin, done on import and kept consistent.

Auto-created pages

Every speaker detected on import gets their own page — no manual setup.

Placeholder content

Pages arrive with a placeholder image and a draft bio, so nothing is ever blank.

House-style bios

Set length, person and tone once; every drafted bio matches it across the roster.

Tidy what they send

Paste a messy, first-person blurb and get back clean, consistent copy.

Linked to sessions

Each speaker page connects to the sessions they're on, in the agenda.

Feeds the showflow

The same speakers power Speaker Prep and per-session running orders.

Never a blank page

Placeholders mean the line-up looks finished from minute one.

A placeholder image and a drafted bio on every speaker page means you can see and share the shape of your line-up immediately — then fill in the real assets as they arrive.

It's the difference between a roster of empty cards and a near-complete one you just polish.

  • Placeholder image + draft bio on every page
  • Replace at your own pace — no blockers
  • House style keeps every bio consistent
How we think about AI

Drafts a human signs off — not words published behind your back.

Speaker copy is reputational. The AI speeds it up and fills the gaps; you keep the final call.

01

Placeholders, clearly marked

Auto-filled bios and images are obvious placeholders — there to be replaced, never mistaken for final.

02

You own the voice

House style is your setting. The model writes to it; it doesn't invent a tone for your brand.

03

Review before anyone sees it

Nothing is public in MVP 1. Pages sit in your workspace for you to approve and edit.

04

Consistent by construction

Every bio runs through the same style settings, so the roster is uniform without manual passes.
